Week 3 Team and collective organisation: Hilary

A way of organising could be to select one group to go to with all common issues/ questions regarding our facilitation and general expo and they would have all the information or they could do the needed research - this could be their contribution instead of doing a 'stall' type contribution

 

Another way of communicating among the collective could be to have a representative person from each smaller group to then join as a group- bringing all your questions and ideas from your individual group to share with the other representatives. This way all of our ideas could be more fluid and linked as a collective, not having some ideas which don’t flow together or integrate well.

A voting system with things like a voting poll could be used- this is especially easy in facebook as people can add options too and if the outcome isn’t the desired, this can be discussed and compromises can be made amongst our collective
