Week 7: Alissa

We all got in contact earlier this week and organised what materials we would need for this weeks mock-up. We spread the items between us and sourced them before Wednesday.

We were able to see the amount of space we would need and how long things would take to set up. We also tried popping balloons for the first time in the space to see how loud and messy they would be. I also made our first popper and tested it. Hugh came and had a chat with us about health and safety. We do not need any electronic equipment or the use of a ladder for our set up so the only possible hazards he discussed with us was trap and slip hazards. We plan to highlight potential trip hazards with striped tape and possibly add rubber matting in areas that could get wet and slippery. 

 I just wish that there had been more groups with something full scale and physical for us to see, as I still don't really know what the other groups in our collective are doing and especially the other groups next to us in the layout.
