Week 3 - Systems of exchange

I was very happy to have gotten waste management for our facilitating role :) 

Today we decided who will complete what role in finding out about smart waste management at our event.  

I have made a lost of ways we can reduce waste when holding our expo.

• Try to buy supplies such as materials and props at op shops
• Share and borrow supplies from other teams
• Try and use as much paper and card board rather than plastic as is can be more easily recycled
• Hire or borrow more expensive bigger items from uni
• Compost any food waste
• Use reusable cups and metal straws
• Have clearly labeled recycling bins next to rubbish bins around venue
