Week 8: Alissa

Today we completed our group production plan and got it signed off.

We were also given a document put together by the health and safety team. I read all the way through and we identified and filled out our offerings possible hazards and returned it.

Our structure is completely free standing and does not require any fastening to any building surfaces.

We sorted out and planned the last of our logistics

• we wrote a list of the last few things we needed including more balloons, ponchos and coloured dots and decided who was responsible for sourcing them (taking into account who owns a car).
• We wrote our questions and introduction script for the beginning of our offering.

• We decided what roles we would need in our offering and who was going to be doing each role.
• welcoming visitors and asking questions (Holly and Claire)
• direction visitors through balloon section and popping balloons (Bianca)
• collecting ponchos and giving out challenges (Me)
• replacing popped balloons and blowing up more balloons if need (Krista and Hilary)
• We decided what we are going to wear as a team uniform (All black, under yellow rain ponchos)
